The Allen County Education Partnership (ACEP) was formed by community members and business leaders in 1991 to mobilize community and business support for bold, promising and innovative education programs and initiatives. Our programs, including Project READS and Parent Literacy Enrichment, are dedicated to helping students reach their potential while stimulating and empowering adults across our community to become involved in students' education.

By successfully linking parents, educators, social service agencies, corporations, foundations and volunteers, ACEP is actively informing, engaging and empowering the community in regard to public education.
